“This was a mess. There were just too many people, and too unorganized. The tour started late as the tour company opened too many slots for the groups. Given the large crowds, it meant we couldn’t see everything and the tour was overly rushed. The tour guide was great and knowledgeable, but the tour company needs to provide ear phones and receivers and group over 10 or 13 people, so the guide does not have to shout. Given the large crowds, and timing, we had to run across the bridge, run to the church, waited in line for 20 minutes to get in, couldn’t see anything with the crowds, and…”

“The castle grounds are so large it would be really hard to take it all in without a tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about her subject which made it that much more interesting. The tour was a lot of walking, often up hill, and usually on uneven cobblestones. One of the members of our group had her elderly mother with her, and it became clear that the walking was really challenging. For me, the walking was great and the view of the city from the top of the hill was spectacular! I highly recommend this tour!”
